With an increasing number of people increasingly overweight, developing positivist problems and healthier than sedentary life, the obvious solution is to train from home.
Why is it a good idea?
Many people are now busy, working too much and want to exercise while saving time to and from gyms. Many are also very embarrassed by training in sweaty, sweaty gyms outside their comfort zone.
Most people who need more movement to feel comfortable will not succeed in gyms. This is simply because they are beginners in the exercise. Therefore, the result is that most people who join gyms give up or do not attend regularly and therefore, lose their money.
I enthusiastically invite to try and develop behind closed doors. There are many ways to learn and train training at home. You can get professional help from personal trainers, whether the budget allows it or only trains with friends or learn from others. One advice after these sessions is to sit down and record all or most of the exercises you have done. Give them names they remember, such as squatting (like sitting on a chair but without reaching and then waking up again) or drawing small pictures. Repeat the exercise again for the next two days, remembering it again.
Evaluate your home for areas that are useful for specific exercises. For example, my house has a 21-meter-long landway, and I call it my own operator, especially in the winter. I can even use it to test the sound that requires a 20 meter track to run the shuttle. Other useful features of the home garden are the backyard, bars used to drive operations or body rows and even a modest step can increase the heart rate in many ways.
Some lessons to avoid.
Plan the space and budget you have in depth. Check all dimensions of larger equipment. Adjust your design to your body and family goals. Balance the best combination of gym design to maximize the overall family benefit.
Be an official I suggest booking time for training and sticking to it. This may seem silly, but it is necessary to avoid complacency when you reach the training area when you are only 20 meters away. We all know that it requires discipline to work from home and that home gyms are the same.
Depending on your budget, you have to learn how to exercise effectively with little or no equipment, such as body weight exercises or simple equipment such as boxing equipment, gymnastics balls, resistance bands, Bosu balance trainers and dumbbells. Instead, more advanced athletes and larger budgets get computers that are not specific to the process, for example, I recommend cable machines, pilates machines and an Olympic bar bar because they are unlimited ways to make an infinite amount of training. I do not recommend space expensive and large machines require a specific press machine or biceps quad-curl, although they may have a very specific use for some situations.
Use a personal trainer to help you create your home gym and continue to learn from them in order to train your family to better train and progress just your training style to achieve your body goals. If you can not afford it, try buying fitness magazines or a research idea about You Tube.
Finally, do not be someone you buy without knowing or testing your device before. Always make your time on a machine with others or hire at least five exercises before you buy it. Then you will know how to use it well. This will reduce the possibility that your device becomes a large dust collector.
